Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany, on servers located in Germany. When you visit the site, the server automatically stores technically necessary data: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type and operating system, and the previously visited page. This data is used solely for the secure and stable operation of the website and is deleted after 14 days unless it is needed to investigate a security incident. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with STRATO. No data is transferred to countries outside the EU.
Contact by email or phone
If you contact us, we process the information you provide (such as your name, contact details and the content of your enquiry) to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a mandate. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or our legitimate interest in communicating with contact persons of business partners (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Emails are processed on the servers of our email provider STRATO GmbH, with whom a data processing agreement is in place. We treat all enquiries in strict confidence and do not pass them on to third parties.
If no mandate results, we delete the data after 12 months at the latest. Business correspondence and accounting records are retained for seven years due to statutory obligations, in particular Section 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code (BAO) and Section 212 UGB. The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
